Our events are held at the Kailua-Kona Old Airport Pavilion, located at 75-5560 Kuakini Highway, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. The Old Airport is easily accessible and has plenty of parking.

This two-day concert is happening on December 13th (Saturday) and December 14th (Sunday). Both days, the vibes start at 4:00 p.m. and we’ll wrap things up by 10:00 p.m., keeping it loud but legal. Come early and stay for the whole aloha!

Parking is free at the Old Airport lot, but it can fill up fast, so come early. There’s also overflow parking in nearby areas. Respect any posted signs and our friendly parking staff.

The charity concert will be for 18 years and above, no children or minors. Please ensure you have ID when you are checked in to the concert.

No outside food or drinks allowed, sorry! We’ve got local food vendors and fully licensed bars inside. Alcohol sales follow Hawaiʻi County Liquor Control rules, so bring your ID if you plan to drink.

Small bags are cool, but they’ll get checked. Leave the big cameras, outside drinks, and anything sketchy at home. We’re talking no weapons, no drugs, no laser pointers—basically, if you have to ask, it’s probably a no.

Yes, absolutely! We’ve got ADA parking, ramps, and accessible restrooms. Let us know if you need any special accommodations at least 10 days before the show.

If it’s canceled with no new date, you’ll get a refund. If it’s rescheduled, your ticket will be good for the new date. No refunds for lineup changes or tweaks to set times though!

Maybe, but we recommend buying online because events often sell out. If we’ve got space, we’ll sell tickets at the door—just be ready for that tax and any processing fees.

Absolutely! If you’ve got an SVIP ticket, you’ll get a meet-and-greet during the pre-party boat podcast, so that’s your guaranteed chance. For the main event, if the artist steps off stage and is cool with snapping pics, go for it! It’s all about the vibe and the artist’s call, so respect their space, but when it’s on, it’s on!

The event will not accept re-entry once you leave the designated area of the concert.
